Raised my price as payback for canceling

Sharing my honest experience to help others avoid the headache. While getting quotes to ship my 2024 Ford Transit from Georgia to California, I'd signed with a few brokers and then decided to go with a different company. When I called Navi Auto Transport to cancel, the rep was openly annoyed that I was choosing someone else — already a red flag for how they treat customers. Then it got worse: instead of just canceling, after I gave notice they raised the price on my vehicle's listing from $3,000 to $3,200. That kept an unwanted listing of my van active and directly interfered with the broker I'd actually chosen, making it harder to get my van picked up and on its way. Raising a customer's price as a reaction to them canceling is a lame, unprofessional way to run a business, and the customer service throughout was poor. I'd strongly encourage anyone shipping a vehicle to think twice before booking Navi. There are brokers out there who actually treat you well — go find one of them.
