The overall service was decent. My main frustration was the waiting around during pickup because the window felt wider than I expected. I had to stay available longer than planned which got annoying after a while. Other than that, things went pretty smoothly. The driver handled everything professionally and the car arrived in the same condition. Not a flawless experience, but definitely not bad either.
