I booked with Navi after another transport company completely stopped responding to me midway through scheduling. At that point I just wanted something dependable. The difference for me was communication. They didn’t promise impossible timelines or try to oversell things. Everything was explained in a realistic way from the start. Pickup didn’t happen instantly, but I already knew that could happen so am still cool anyways.
