Used Navi because I couldn’t deal with another long drive after already spending days moving my stuff around. The process itself wasn’t difficult, but I do wish the pickup timing was more exact because I had to keep adjusting my schedule while waiting. Once the car was finally picked up, though, things became easier. I got updates when necessary and delivery happened within the timeframe they mentioned. Nothing bad happened to the car and overall the experience felt reliable enough.
