I ended up using Navi after a previous arrangement with another company didn’t work out, so I was already a bit on edge going into this. What made the difference for me was how clear they were about what to expect and what could shift. Nothing was overpromised. The schedule they gave was realistic and even though there was a slight adjustment, it didn’t feel like a surprise. The driver handled things professionally and didn’t rush through the inspection. When the car arrived, I checked it thoroughly and everything was intact. For me, it came down to trust, and they handled that part well.
