The booking process was easier than I expected. I filled out the quote form and got a call within a few hours. They explained the pickup window and what I should prepare beforehand. My Nissan Altima was shipped from California to Oregon. The driver communicated well and even gave a two-hour arrival notice. I knocked off one star only because the pickup time changed slightly, but the car arrived safely which is what matters.
