I shipped my 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Arizona to North Carolina and honestly expected at least one headache during the process. What stood out with Navi Auto was the communication. The dispatcher actually called me twice just to confirm timing and the driver texted photos when the truck was loaded. The vehicle arrived a day earlier than the estimated window and looked exactly how it did when it left. No scratches, no mileage surprises. For something as stressful as transporting a vehicle across states, this ended up being one of the smoother logistics experiences I’ve had.
