I booked this for my dad because he doesn’t trust online stuff and asked me to “handle it.” He kept asking questions I didn’t have answers to, which stressed me more than the transport itself. When the car arrived, he walked around it for a good five minutes, then nodded and said “okay.” That was his approval. After that, he stopped talking about it completely. That’s when I knew it went fine.
