Overall experience was okay. Had to follow up once because I wasn’t sure if pickup was happening that day. After that, things moved forward without more issues. Delivery was closer to the end of the estimated window, but still acceptable. Car arrived safe and paperwork matched. Can’t say it’s amazing but it’s not bad either .
