This experience didn’t feel smooth in the way ads describe smooth. There were moments where I wasn’t fully sure what the next step was, and that made me uneasy. But nothing ever spiraled. No broken promises, no sudden silence, no last-minute surprises. The car showed up in good condition and within a reasonable time. Looking back, I think my discomfort came more from past experiences than from anything this company actually did wrong.
