Pickup wasn’t perfect and the driver arrived a little outside the scheduled window, but he handled the rest of the process very professionally. He documented the car carefully and answered all my questions with patience. During the trip he kept me updated, and delivery arrived earlier than expected. The timing issue is the only reason this isn’t five stars, because everything else went smoothly and without drama.
