I had to ship my mom’s car after she moved into assisted living, and I wanted it handled with care. The driver from Navi Auto treated it like something valuable, not just another job. He took photos, double-checked the straps, and even called halfway through the trip to assure me everything was fine. The car arrived sooner than expected and looked exactly the same. It felt good knowing someone took real responsibility for it.
