The broker completely failed to communicate the specific dimensions and weight of my modified vehicle to the carrier, resulting in the carrier showing up with the wrong type of trailer. This basic failure in attention to detail caused an immediate, 24-hour delay while they scrambled to find a suitable replacement truck.
