I had the truck confirmed and scheduled for pickup at my facility. An hour before the driver's arrival time, I received a call stating the 'shipment was re-booked due to capacity issues.' This forced a frantic, last-minute reschedule, causing major logistical problems for my business. Completely irresponsible and last-minute cancellation.
