I had to transport my vehicle from Dallas to Boston and decided to give Navi Auto a try after seeing good feedback online. From the first call, I could tell they valued communication. The dispatcher explained the timeline clearly, and the driver kept in touch during the trip. Delivery was only a few hours later than expected, but that was fine considering the distance. My car arrived safely with no scratches, and I appreciated how polite and honest everyone was throughout.
