Absolutely horrible communication!! I've been the one to have to reach out for updates. Been a stressful 2+ week process. Signed a $900 contract with them. They didn't bother listening to the pick up instructions. Just called me today and said they could pick my car up tomorrow and deliver it Thursday. Bu they said they would have to charge me $1400 instead of the $900 contract price. definitely do your homework with this company while deciding on a transporter. Really unimpressed with them. Decided to terminate my contract and search for another company.
