Navi transport by far has some of the worst customer service ever. I ordered an enclosed trailer and was given an open trailer. I've been calling the company to speak with a supervisor, and they have been given me a constant run around. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience, to NO avail. If I would have known the trailer wasn't enclosed, I would have chosen a different company. I am utterly disgusted with this company and their level of customer service. I would NOT recommend their service.
