What should have been a straightforward car transport turned into a headache. Nobody could give me a clear timeline, and every update I received contradicted the last. It was as if the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Communication was inconsistent, unprofessional, and frustrating. I expected coordination, not confusion.
