Working with this company was exhausting. I was constantly chasing them for updates because they never reached out on their own. Every promise of a callback was broken, and I had to repeat the same questions again and again. Communication is supposed to build confidence, but here it only caused stress and frustration. The transport eventually happened, but I’d never go through that again.
