Contracted with Navi to transport a vehicle from Florida to SC. They guaranteed full insurance for "peace of mind". They chose an irreputable carrier and did not properly vet them for insurance. The carrier damaged my vehicle and is NOT insured. Navi told me it was "not their problem" and refuses to reimburse me for the damages while THEY deal with the carrier that THEY chose and guaranteed. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
