I don’t usually write reviews, but Navi Auto Transport really impressed me. I shipped my Honda Accord from Chicago to Phoenix, and everything went exactly as promised. I got a quote on a Monday, booked the same day, and by Tuesday afternoon they had assigned a carrier. The driver called me directly to coordinate pickup, showed up right on time, and was professional and friendly. He even did a walkaround inspection and took photos before loading. The car was delivered 2 days later — no damage, no delays, no surprises. I paid exactly what I was quoted upfront. No hidden fees or last-minute “adjustments” like I’ve had with other companies in the past. What stood out most was the communication. I got email and text updates along the way, and every time I called their office, a real person answered and was helpful. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that went wrong. If I need to ship a car again, I’m calling Navi. 5 stars — highly recommend.
