I had emailed back and forth with Kathleen in November, but failed (forgot) to call her back and schedule our car shipment. We had an odd request of wanting the car picked up on a Tuesday, but not delivered until Friday (less than 800 miles). Adriel went above and beyond anything that would be considered "normal" customer service to line up W.E. Trucking (driver Cim) for us. Cim picked up on Tuesday night, stayed in contact with us throughout his trip down to Arizona, and delivered the car on Friday. We are so thankful that we found a stellar company to work with! I can't thank Adriel (and Cim) for the hard work to put this transport together quickly (less than a day). In (what we learned the hard way) a business that is often populated with "shysters", we truly appreciate the terrific service we received from Nationwide Transport Group and W.E. Trucking. We would HIGHLY recommend them!
