This entire process was excellent from the first email/phone to delivery. The dispatcher was excellent, he was professional, exact and even funny!!! I enjoyed talking to him and doing business with him. Ron was my driver, I cannot believe how patient he was, kind and careful he was with my car. He even waited alllll day for a chip to be repaired that he noticed on the car at time of pickup so that I wouldn't have to have it repaired after I got the car,(which I got car unseen). The dealership where this happened asked me to give him the highest praises for his exceptional work and dedication to his customers.
