This was my 4th time shipping a vehicle so I conducted a thorough search including 15 quotes. As it happened, Joe from Nationwide Transport was the 1st to reply and his $850 quote from San Diego to Ft. Lauderdale was tied with several brokers for low bid. I know how the system works. I placed my bid with Nationwide Transport for several reasons, (1) Joe was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone, (2) NTS had the low bid, and (3) their customer reviews were consistently high.
After placing the order on a Friday with Joe at NTS, within 4 hours he had a driver confirmed to pick up my Audi A6 at noon the next day. Awesome start so that was encouraging. The transport driver (Jim) called to advise he was running a couple hours late on the pick-up and then arrived when he said he would. I got a call from the driver the following Saturday evening advising he would drop it off at 9:00 am Sunday morning. He arrived on time and the car was in exactly the same condition as when it left San Diego. PERFECT. Thanks to the broker Joe at Nationwide Transport Services and the driver Jim from Maverick Express - my experience could not have been any better.
