I shipped my car to the States thinking that I would be able to just go to the port, pick it up and drive away. After several days my broker finally told me that I couldn’t do this. By now I’ve been in a hotel, waiting for the car to be released, spending money only to find out that I couldn’t. I went on line and called 3-4 transport companies trying to find a solution to my problem. My phone rang around 9:00pm and I seriously considered not even answering it because I was so stressed out with the whole shipping process. I explained my situation and he took control of everything. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had, all professionally, politely and acted as if it was his own car. All of my problems evaporated. I cannot tell you how much I recommend Marky and his company. He took on everything, and made the whole process effortless for me. He only had solutions. I have sent his contact information with many of my business associates and friends in the country I have been working in for the last 36 years. And I don’t recommend any one I wouldn’t swear by. Your word is all you have in business and I highly recommend Marky Richmond.
