My truck stranded me in Maryland around 8pm on a Sunday night. I called and JD Davis was incredible. He was very professional and prompt with finding me a truck/trailer to tow my truck 4 states away that same evening. (He accomplished this all within 45 minutes) I had a truck/trailer at my location to pick up my truck within an hour and a half of first contact. As an active duty Marine, I had an incredibly strict timeline to make, and with the help from JD, I was able to make my timeline. Words cannot express the professionalism and level of care that was given to me in a difficult situation. In addition to setting everything up, he kept me in the loop, providing the drivers contact information, as well as updates throughout the process. Thank you again JD Davis, you rock!
