Tyler Elliott and Jacob Chittum made it happen for us!! Tyler was my first contact via wrb form submission for my transport need of our recently purchased modified 40 ft high cube shipping container. I had been scheduled with a different local (to me) company, but had been rescheduled and growing more and more frustrated with the lack of communication. While still waiting to hear back from local company, I filled out the form for NTS and received and call, shortly afterwards, from Tyler. He was professional and listened attentively to our needs and gave me an initial idea of timeline. Less than 30 min later, Tyler called me back and excitedly shared that he had found a driver for a more agreeable timetable for us! I was thrilled! To make it all even better, our driver-Jacob Chittum, was the nicest young man!! So skilled, professional, punctual and kind. I have this company's number saved for any and all future needs!
