I have used NTS twice to help me move tiny homes across multiple state lines to my campground. Both times they were very professional, easy to communicate with, transparent with the pricing (a big concern of mine: hidden fees), and kept me updated on the driver's status. But this second time was when I was most impressed. They had to find 3 low-boy transport trucks and have them all meet in Utah at the same time, and work with a towing company I hired to load the tiny homes safely. I asked them to send my photos and videos upon arrival as it was a sensitive legal situation. They were on time and provided the visual proof I needed. They handled all the issues with permitting, especially for CA which is not easy. There was an issue with one of the drivers and an obstacle on our driveway (and language barriers), and my contact (Steve) worked through it with his dispatch and made it go away. There were multiple times that Steve would email or text or call (he did all three, which was helpful) at 6pm, 8pm, even later (including on a Friday night) to make sure I knew where the shipments were. When one shipment got delayed due to permits, he arranged for the driver to wait 2 more days, as I couldn't accept weekend deliveries. You'll be in good hands if you use them. And ask for Steve if you can work with him!
