I went with Nationwide because of their marketing that promised they would not change the fees. They were not the least expensive but I felt the peace of mind was worth paying a little more. Once the delivery was scheduled for pickup, the fee changed by $200. I expressed how upset and disappointed I was but since I was now in a time crunch I didn't feel I could cancel. My dispatcher did call me back and say he found a drive to accept the initial contracted rate, which made me very happy, however we went through 3 drivers that cancelled for a variety of reasons (broken truck, invalid insurance, etc) and I had to drive the car 2 hours away since the pickup date was now a full 2 weeks after the initial one. I did have to agree to pay more to get the car picked up (FINALLY) and it was delivered within 4 days in good condition. Beware of the cost and timeframe with this company.
