We have not shipped a car before and I used the reviews on this web site to choose Nationwide. The initial conversations were great and Laki was helpful. But a week before the pick up date, Laki stopped returning calls and emails. I assume they could not get a driver for the price quoted, which was on the low end. Without any consideration regarding our anxiety in shipping the car on time, they stopped responding instead of letting us know the status and providing options (ship to a bigger city, need to increase the price, etc.). When calling their main phone number, they would only transfer the call to Laki who was not responsive. We called Envision Auto Relocations the day before we had to ship and they were able to arrange transport the same day for only $39 more than the National quote.
I would not recommend Nationwide primarily due to their lack of consideration when working with their customers.
