Promised specific day pickup, company cashed deposit, flew to LA to supervise after confirming with company multiple times as I had no family etc there to do this. Driver calls a week prior to trip says sorry..3 day window which is fine if I had known. Nationwide tells me they will fire driver and replace, make your flight, we'll see you on the specific date "we'll get that car picked up on your date. That was my last contact. No further response, no driver, had to stay longer and arrange for strangers to supervise load up, inspection. Mark Kanoa promised me the world, knew I was on a plane because of what he promised and dissappeared. It's like having teenagers, if you can't come through just tell me and save me a few hundred. No excuse for making no effort. Please stay away from Nationwide. There is just no excuse for this.
