This is the worst moving company EVER!!! I arranged and made a depoist in Mar 08 for a pick - up in May 08. But three days before the pick-up date, they called and asked for more money and I paid it. Then they called and said that they could pick up my stuff early. They did send a truck but claim it couldn't get close enough to the apartment, and wanted me to pay for a Uhaul so they could shuttle my household items from the APT to the big truck. After that didn't work, they assured me that they will return on the original day with a smaller truck. But of course that day came and went. The excuse they gave me was there was no transporter coming my way. Once again I signed a contract on Mar 13th, 2008. So to make a long story short I had to rent a U-haul and drive from New Mexico to North Carolina. I will advise anyone looking for a moving company, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THE COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
