The worst shipping broker & carrier I have ever dealt with. It took 24 days from the day I booked the shipment to the day rec'd (CA-NY). I was told 7-10 days. 1) There was a 7+ days window they had no idea where my car was. The driver wouldn't answer his phone...so they said. 2) I believe the broker/carrier lied to me and had the car picked up and brought to a warehouse waiting for a truck to leave CA and told me it was on its way. 3) The broker overcharged me $127. 4) Car was filthy upon arrival. 5) Shipper would not discount price even after I spoke to him with the driver right next to me. IT TOOK 24 f*cking days!!!!!!!!!! 6) Even when the car got close they kept on saying one day, then that day would pass and they would give me another day...etc.
The broker was Allied Auto Tramsport. Don't deal with these people.
