Delivery Problems

In all of my years of buying and shipping items and cars, this has to go down as the worst experience I have ever been involved with. Time after time, the delivery of my high end sports car was promised and missed. I paid top dollar to have expedited service. The car was picked up on August 5th in San Diego and delivered to me in Maryland on August 21st. I never received a proactive call. I always had to call and inquire on the status.

I am not in the habit of writing a bad review. In fact, I never have written a bad one. However, the service or lack thereof that I received forced me to write this review so others would not have to endure what I did. Dimitru, the owner and Reuben, the manager are inept. Customer service is a non existent phrase in their vocabulary.

I was promised a full refund and that has yet to be realized as well.

Caveat Emptor!!!!!
