This was the first time I bought a car of this type that would have to be delivered to me. To say I was nervous was an under statement. I was contacted about the pickup of the car and what would happen after that. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The drive was in contacted with me through out the entire trip and even told me about a problem with the battery and that we be pushing the car off the trailer. He called about every four to six hours to let me know where he was and when he would arrive. Once he was here, we started to unload the car, but it didn't start as he mentioned. His knowledge of this type of car was vary helpful as we were able to car the car started, but not by jumping the battery (which was in a trunk that opened with a key fob that didn't work because of the dead battery) but by jumping the starter motor instead. I just thought he went out of his way to make sure we got the car started and it seemed like he was not going to leave until that happened. Vary happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend them for any car transporting.
