Was very pleased with the contact person, Stephen King. After my initial email to him he called within minutes and was very forthcoming with information. We were able to set the date for pick up, type of carrier as well as cost during first contact. My car was picked up when promised and delivered at the place of my choosing with no problems, no damage and early.
We have a second vehicle that will be shipped in the near future across country and fully intend to call Stephen to make arrangements for transport again.
