I had an automobile transported from Florida to Michigan. From day of pickup to the date of delivery, the driver did communicate. Email's were returned by National Transport so that I could follow the entire process. The driver told me that the vehicle would be delivered to me at 2:30 p.m. and he drove in at 2:31 p.m. That was an excellent quote for time.

I would use National Transport again; if the opportunity came about. I had no worries.
