Although the car was in a dirty condition, it was understandably so, as it went through a huge snow storm.
It was delivered a half day late - I am glad, as the road condition would have made it worse if it was delivered on time! The driver was a very nice and respectful young man, which made a huge difference. The whole experience was a positive one. I would use them again if I have to.
