Though the pick-up date on an expedited pick up was a a couple of days late the rest of the transaction went without hitch. I was sending my sons Ford F150 from NY to University of San Diego. The driver who picked up the truck from my office was courteous and gave me a cell phone # to be able to track him cross country. Truck was picked up on a Tues and delivered on a Saturday evening. Im sure Ill be using this compnay for the next few years while my kid goes to college. I have had nightmare experiences in the past with other tranport companies but maybe this time I found a keeper
