My car was picked up and delivered exactly as promised. Joe was pleasant and professional, as was the driver who delivered the car to us. The only improvement suggestion I'd make is to proactively notify the customer when the driver has confirmed the pickup date with the pickup contact. I had to call to find out if that had happened. However, my call was returned within a reasonable time and Joe had the answer to my question. Overall, a very positive experience!
