This is the best transport company I've ever dealt with!

I found this company via transportreviews.com through a recommendation by a reviewer who had a bad experience with another company.

After reading through the reviews of National Transport LLC, I decided this was the one to go with. I requested a quote online, then booked my car to be shipped across country online. The staff emailed me right back and the forms were signed and faxed back and then I was told that it is now with dispatch and will be contacted when the time comes.

4 days before the first available date of the 3 day window for pickup, I contacted National transport LLC via the tracking system. I was contacted by phone and email of the expected pickup and then they charged me the deposit to my credit card. My car was picked up on time and delivered within 4 days to my destination (before I even arrived!!!).

In California, my cousin took delivery of my car and paid the driver the balance in cash, apart from being dirty (due to transit), there were no damages. This was an extremely efficient and satisfying experience to a nerve racking task of having your vehicle trasnported across the country.

The staff (Judy, Carolyn, Kady, and Erin) whom I dealt with by email and phone were very friendly and helpful. I would seek their service in future and personally recommend this company to anybody who require such services.
