I placed my order about 10 days before the earliest pick up date, the driver came and picked up the car on the morning of the pick up day. The car was delivered in about 6 days, from Dallas to San Jose in California. I called the customer service for a couple times, and also tried the online chatting, overall, I'm very satisfied about their service. Another important thing to mention is, the driver left his phone number to us, so we could actually reach him at all times. I think this is very important service.
