We had heard some horror stories on car transporters so when we needed to send our son the Jeep we were concerned on how long it would take. After doing some research on the internet we called Erin. From the first call we had absolutely excellent customer service! We were given a window of three days for the pickup. We called on a Friday - it was picked up on Monday. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday - it was delivered on Tues (yes that would be the day after they picked it up!) Amazing! The drivers were friendly and helped my daughter-in-law with the delivery. I have a completely different view of car transporters after dealing with National Transport. We are in the shipping industry and have been looking for a transport company to recommend to our customers and we have finally found one that we can recommend whole heartedly! Thank you Erin and everyone else at National Transport LLC!
