I had never had a car transported before... this was THE only company out of 5 that actually answered the phones with a live person. That was the only reason I selected them. They did not have the lowest price, but I wanted to make sure I could contact someone if needed.
The driver was late on the pick-up of the car. It was NJ... what would you expect? But he wass very apologetic and courteous. Called me when he got the car, called me mid-route with an ETA and was there on time at the delivery.
I would not hesitate to call them again. I am very pleased.
