I'm very happy with the service, Jessica informed me via email & by phone of the order status before & during transit. Tom Fields Transport (the carrier they subcontracted to) picked up & delivered the car on time, it wasn't damaged & Tom communicated with me very well during transit. Erin did a great job of following up after delivery to make sure everything went well & that I was satisfied. Couldn't ask for much better than that.
