My brand new car looked the same, pristine, and smelled the same too. All new, just like it was on the dealer lot. The transporter kept me updated on it's arrival too. Ivan understood that I was doing a long drive too, and he made sure that I had some rest time, and we met up in good timing to sign off on the Bill of laden.
