pickup and delivery late, lack of communication

Like the title say, the pick up was a week late from the original estimate. The delivery was another week late from the original estimate.
I paid for priority shipping.I didn't get refund for that, not even an apology.

The seller waited days for the driver to call back, I had to get mad on the phone to have a simple answer from the office.

Bottom line is that I'm happy that I received, finally, my truck.
But they over estimate the times frame, they don't communicate well and they don't take responsibilities for the delay by refunding some money.
For those reasons, I would not recommend National Transportation llc to anyone, and would not use it again.


PS: 5 Stars rating is mathematical impossible to have, if you have a least one person who rate it 4 stars or less.
