The staff at National Transport was professional and courteous. The pickup date for the car was supposed to be scheduled within 1 to 5 business days of placing the order. My order was placed on a Monday. When I had not heard back from National Transport by the following Monday, I called. I was told a truck driver had been scheduled for the previous Friday, but then cancelled, and the 1-to-5-day scheduling period kicked in all over again. Initially I was disappointed. However, the very next day (Tuesday), a truck driver was scheduled to pick up my car, and he did so on Friday. The car was supposed to be delivered within 10 to 14 days after that, but was delivered in only 5 days! The truck driver called from Reno to tell me he would deliver the car later in the day. He had to stop to put chains on his truck, due to a snow storm. He delivered the car in the late afternoon. (The car was very dirty, from the snow and salt on the road. Not a problem.) The driver was personable and professional. He works for a trucking company called G Com Group. Based on my experience with National Transport, I would use this company again if I need to ship a car.
