An excellent service for individuals

I was worried that a transport service such as this one would be so used to doing business with businesses, from dealerships to auto makers, that they would interact poorly with individuals. We were a family with young children, moving from Seattle to Western Massachusetts, sending our minivan, which was our sole vehicle, across the country.



The car was picked up squarely in the middle of the pick-up window. It then arrived a few days earlier than projected. Other than the dust that had accumulated on the journey (which was understandable in the middle of a dry summer), the vehicle was exactly as we had left it. The particular carrier contracted for us - Motion Auto Carriers - had performed well. Both they and National Transport had communicated clearly and promptly at all steps of the process. Their instructions were clear. When we encountered any complications, the driver worked with us to solve the problem as painlessly as possible.



Overall, a very good experience. If I were to move and needed to ship our car again, I would not bother shopping around for another service. National Transport has proved to me their value, and I would immediately call them once again to make our arrangements.
