This was the first time we had an automobile to be transported. Before selecting National, we had previously talked to other companies.

What made us use them over the competition was the professionalism that the customer service gave us. The gentleman was knowledgeable and confident in their services. Even when we followed up on our quote, their customer service team was polite!

They emailed us and called when they said that they would as they kept us posted on every move they made...Even when the driver arrived to pick up the vehicle he was professional and not rude. And this came from my mother-n-law because we were already out of town.

When he arrived with our vehicle and I would like to add that he was right on time; he was polite and courteous. For this to be our first experience transporting a vehicle, we were very pleased!
